2. No Guarantee of Uniqueness

While our AI strives for originality, WhizName does not guarantee that generated names are free of existing trademarks or copyrights. It is the user's responsibility to conduct a formal trademark search before registering a brand.

3. Domain Availability

Domain availability is checked in real-time but can change quickly. We are not responsible if a domain shown as "available" is taken by the time you reach the registrar.

4. Affiliate Links

We redirect users to Namecheap via affiliate links. We are not responsible for transactions, support, or issues arising from your relationship with Namecheap or any other registrar.
